The setting of this book is in many different spots all the way from Rome to Greece, and even Tartus. One of the places that two of the eight demigods, Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase, go to is Tartus; Tartus is an abyss where the worst monsters go to regenerate so they can exact their revenge on all demigods. Leo Valdez is sent to Calypso's island, Ogygia, this island is vey exotic. Leo says that it is a very beautiful flowers ranging from iris to sunflower's even to ones that we don't know of he said that one caught his eye, it was the color of moonlight and even looked like it. The cave in which Calypso lived was covered top to bottom with crystals. And as for the others they went to Venice, Rome, Rome is where Nico is from.
